Treatment Coordinator
Hi, my name is Robin, and I’m the treatment coordinator here at Johnson Orthodontics. I’m the person who guides you through your first appointments before starting treatment and explains what you can expect.
With more than 30 years of experience in orthodontics, I can help answer any questions you may have, from insurance to procedures.
My favorite part of orthodontics is watching the transformation to a great smile and having fun with our patients along the way.

Finance Coordinator
Hi, my name is Cathy and I’m the financial coordinator. I’m here to explain your different payment options and help you determine which works best for you and your family. I’ll work with you to make sure finances don’t stand in the way of getting the smile you’ve always wanted. My husband and I relocated to Lewes from Sparta, NJ, in 2020 to enjoy Delaware’s easier way of life. We have three grown daughters, a dog, Gabby (said to be our fourth and favorite daughter) and a cat, Ruby. I love biking, gardening and stained glass.
I’ve been in orthodontics for 20 years and enjoy making every part of the process easy and fun. Seeing the happy, smiling faces at the end is my favorite. I feel very fortunate to be part of the Johnson Orthodontics family.

Community Relations Coordinator
Hi, my name is Daria, and I’m the community relations coordinator. I find fun ways to support our patients and give back to our community through events, service projects and sponsorships. I’m mom to three beautiful girls who have all been patients of Dr. Johnson.
I have witnessed firsthand their amazing smile transformations and I have experienced as a customer the friendly, caring atmosphere the staff here creates. Knowing what a wonderful team we have makes my job promoting the practice easy and fun. I can honestly tell everyone I meet that Dr. Johnson and his Smile Team are truly the BEST!

Hi, my name is Katie and I’m one of the clinical assistants. I was born and raised here in Delaware and I love being so close to the beach. (And so does my chocolate lab, Bentley!) I love to travel and explore all sorts of new places, but anywhere tropical is my go-to.
I have always had a desire to work in the field of dentistry and recently completed my Dental Assisting classes. I consider myself lucky to have found my home in the specialty of orthodontics! Since Day One, I have loved the atmosphere and people at Johnson Orthodontics. I’m so excited to meet each and every one of you and be a part of your new smile!

Hi! I’m Simi, and I’m a clinical assistant. I love being a part of the Johnson Orthodontics team because helping create beautiful smiles is truly rewarding. Hi, my name is Jackie, and I’m a clinical assistant. I have sixteen years of experience in the dental field, nine of which have been in orthodontics. From day one, I fell in love with this specialty, and I get so much joy out of helping people achieve the smile of their dreams!
My husband and I are from Baltimore, Maryland. We loved coming to the Delaware beaches so much that we decided to make the move. I’m so happy at my new home here at Johnson Orthodontics, and I cannot wait to help you with your smile journey!

Hi, I’m Kim and I’m the scheduling coordinator. I’m one of the friendly voices you’ll hear on the phone when calling to schedule appointments. I know how hard it can be to juggle school, sports, and work and I promise to work with you to make things as convenient as possible.
I’m one of the newest members of the Smile Team, having recently relocated from New Jersey. I am a former math teacher and feel very lucky to have found such a welcoming and caring team here at Johnson Orthodontics. Hi! My name is Cassidy and I am a clinical assistant. I first joined the team at Johnson Orthodontics while still a student in the dental services program at Sussex Technical High School. I then went on to study Dental Hygiene at Old Dominion University and received my Bachelor of Science in 2020.
I was born and raised right here in Delaware. My family and I are grateful to live within such a great community AND have amazing beaches around the corner! I love what I do and find that the most rewarding part of my job is helping create both beautiful AND healthy smiles.

Hello, my name is Annie. I’m a former elementary school teacher and my family moved to Delaware from Wisconsin. My youngest son was a patient of Dr. Johnson, and I was blown away by the exceptional care and treatment he received. I was so impressed with Dr. Johnson, his wonderful team, and his beautiful office that I’m thrilled to now be part of the Smile Team myself!
I'm a mom to six wonderful children and a yellow lab that loves to swim in the ocean. I enjoy taking photographs, scrapbooking, watching movies and exploring all the great trails here in the area. I look forward to getting to know you better and helping you as you move through your smile journey!

Hi, my name is Kaylen and I’m a clinical assistant. I’m originally from Maryland, but I’ve lived all over Delmarva and recently relocated here to Sussex County. I’ve been a certified orthodontic assistant since 2018 and my favorite part of what I do is getting to know the patients. I especially love seeing how much the kids grow up during the course of their treatment! When not at work (or at Starbucks!), I enjoy trying out local restaurants, spending time at the beach, and most of all, making memories with my daughter. I look forward to working with you soon!

Hi! My name is Danielle and I’m a clinical assistant. I attend dental assisting school at Sussex Tech and I absolutely love it! My favorite part about my job is getting to know our amazing patients and watching as their smiles (and their confidence!) transform.
I’m originally from Long Island, New York and moved here about a year and a half ago with my wife. It’s been an amazing experience so far. We love being surrounded by so many beautiful beaches! When I’m not in the office, you can find me cooking, making sourdough bread, and spending time with my cats. I can’t wait to work with all of you during your smile journeys!
