Extraordinary Smiles Scholarship Entry

Johnson Orthodontics is excited to award two $500 scholarships to college-bound seniors. The scholarship may be applied toward tuition, books, fees, or any other expense related to the student's first year of college. Funds will be made payable to the institution of choice.

Scholarship winners will be notified on or before June 1st and their names and photos may be used for public relations purposes.


Who Can Enter?

Any graduating high school senior who is a current or former patient of Johnson Orthodontics is welcome to enter.


How Can I Enter?

Mail in or drop off a graduation announcement or a senior portrait at our Rehoboth Beach office. We’ll do a random drawing on May 28, 2026, to determine the winners.

I just completed a one-year experience with Johnson Orthodontics using Invisalign to correct a few issues.
